Created in Sweden during the 19th century, each of this pair of Gustavian style chests features a faux marble painted top with canted protruding corners in the front, sitting above a dentil molding. Two drawers, fitted with classical hardware, are flanked with canted and fluted side posts creating a wonderful visual continuity.
